Our friends Bruce, Kit and Sam (Noah’s fave, and would be Ranger’s too if it weren’t for several instances of toenail painting in his youth) gave Noah an I-Mac. Rob set it up for him and I am amazed at how this kid can use the computer. We bookmarked his favorite site on the desktop, but he can access it, refresh when it gets stuck, and use the mouse like a pro.

I am constantly amazed at how smart my kids are. Of course, I’m biased, but I do have to give their Dad a lot of credit. He has an enormous amount of patience with his own children and is an excellent teacher.
By the way, Harrison is now using a few 2 word phrases, at 16 months! I just had to brag a bit since I was already way down that path. I think he’s so verbal because he’s basically been in speech therapy since he was born and Rob and I have learned how to encourage words. Still, it’s Harrison’s doing, so he deserves the credit. When he says “Juice Mom” my heart just melts, and I give him juice even if he really should have milk.
