Apple Crostata

Crostata is easier than pie…  Noah loves cooking, and we have nearly half a bushel of apples to use. 

  • Roll out crust
  • Fill with cut up apples, white and brown sugar and cinnamon
  • Fold up crust and paint with egg wash
  • Bake at 400 for 40 min

Bet it won’t last more than a day!
