Today was the most perfect day, which was fair. Harrison screamed from 10:30-12:20 last night and then started screaming at 5:30am. I’m trying not to write about our plight raising Harrison, but reality is that it is our reality. We deal.
Back to the most perfect day. We went to the Pumpkin Farm. Noah fed the goats, we went through a mini-corn maze and then picked out best pumpkins.
Then we went hiking at River Bend. It was a no frog day, but we had a great time collecting sticks, moving logs. I asked Noah to take Harrison’s hand and lead him up the trail. What amazing pictures we got!
To top off the morning, we went to Kewpee’s, a Racine fave. I remember going there with my grandpa gum when I was a little girl. The best part about Kewpee’s is drinking root beer on your swivel stool.
Now for the big shebang: Are you ready???? Noah, Harrison and I took a 3 hour nap. It was heaven. I woke up a new person. How I miss sleep…

We have a new favorite game. Noah calls it “Seek Noah” He gets the counting to 10, and seeking. The hiding part is lost on him. As soon as I get to 10 and say, “where is Noah” he bursts from his hiding spot and laughs with glee. It’s so much fun, even Harrison gets into it!
